In this two-hour experience, we’ll blend movement, breath, and trust-based exercises to deepen connection—with yourself and others. Expect laughter, support, and playful challenge as we co-create shapes, balance, and stretches together. No partner or experience required—come solo and get paired... OR bring a friend, family member, or romantic partner.

Perfect for all levels, this practice invites you to let go, tune in, and move in harmony.
